CLUBX360 is built on experience — and the firm belief that corporate golf days shouldn’t feel like they’re stuck in 2004.

It all started on the golf course. As a playing professional at Woburn Golf Club, our founder, LB Woolford learned precision, discipline, and the importance of doing things properly — plus how to smile politely while someone tells you about the best round they almost had.

In 2006, Club-Clean was launched to support corporate golf days across the UK. What began as a simple service quickly turned into thousands of events for some very serious global brands across automotive, tech, finance, and hospitality. High standards, professional delivery, and not once saying, “It’ll probably be fine.”

But while brands evolved, corporate golf days didn’t.

The formats stayed the same. The experiences became predictable. Technology moved on — yet someone was still handing out paper scorecards and a blunt pencil.

Twenty years later, that experience became CLUBX360.

CLUBX360 brings together two decades of turning up early, fixing problems quietly, and making events run smoothly — with modern event technology that actually adds something. Live Scoring, Flight Tracer Video, interactive challenges, seamless logistics, and a modern take on Beat the Pro. All designed to enhance the day, not turn it into a science experiment on the 1st tee.

The name says it all.
360 means we look after the whole event, not just one bit of it.
X stands for technology, quality, and a polite refusal to do things the way they’ve “always been done.”

Club-Clean still exists — because people really do like having clean clubs. The same ultrasonic cleaning service clients have trusted since 2006, now part of a bigger, smarter, future-focused offering.

CLUBX360 isn’t a new business.
It’s what happens when you take twenty years of real-world experience, mix it with modern tech, and finally admit that corporate golf days can — and should — be better than “fine.”
